What we are building: the Totukeli roadmap, in the open

A platform that promises to change how renting works has to start by being honest about its own state. This news page exists partly for that: to report real progress, version by version. Here is the map.

What already works

• Accounts for all three profiles — tenant, landlord and brand — with email verification and password recovery.
• Property search by city for tenants.
• Free property listings for landlords, with photos and management from their dashboard.
• Company profiles for brands.
• The whole platform in five languages: Spanish, Catalan, Galician, Basque and English.

What we are working on now

• The full application flow: requesting a property, and landlords managing applications from their dashboard.
• Favourites and notifications so no property slips away.

What comes next

• The sponsored-home benefits catalogue, with the first verified brands.
• Messaging between tenants and landlords inside the platform.
• Contract and payment management with full traceability.
