These terms govern the use of Totukeli. By creating an account you accept them, so they are worth reading: they are short and written without frills.

Who provides the service

Totukeli is an early-stage project, and its full identifying details —legal name, tax ID and registered address of the data controller— will be published on this very page. We would rather tell you than leave you with an incomplete detail and no warning. In the meantime, the contact point for anything to do with your data is totukeli.com@totukeli.com, and we answer every rights request from there.

What Totukeli is

Totukeli is a meeting point between people looking for a home to rent, people offering one and brands that want to sponsor homes. We provide the platform: we publish the listings and make it easy to get in touch.

We are not an estate agency and we are not intermediaries in the rental contract. We are not a party to the contract you sign with the other person, we charge no commission on it and we are not answerable for its performance. The agreement is between the two of you.

Your account

To sign up you must be of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a contract.
The data you give us must be true and up to date. We can close an account with false data.
You may only have one account per person or entity, and you cannot transfer it or lend it.
You are responsible for your password and for whatever is done from your account. If you suspect someone has got in, tell us as soon as possible.
You can close your account whenever you want by writing to totukeli.com@totukeli.com.

What you can publish and what you cannot

You remain the owner of what you publish. By publishing it on Totukeli you authorise us to display it within the platform for what is needed: showing the listing to people looking for a home. We do not use it for anything else and we do not hand it to third parties.

By publishing you undertake that the content is yours or that you have permission to use it, and not to publish:

Listings for homes that do not exist, that you cannot rent out, or whose details do not match reality.
Personal data of third parties without their permission, or photographs showing identifiable people without their consent.
Content that discriminates on grounds of origin, sex, orientation, religion, disability or any other personal or social condition. Discrimination in access to housing is also prohibited by law.
Illegal, misleading or offensive content, or content that infringes other people's rights.
Prices or conditions different from the ones you are going to demand later.

We can take down a listing or suspend an account that breaks these rules. When we can, we will tell you beforehand and let you put it right; if the breach is serious or there is a risk to other people, we will act first and explain afterwards. You can respond to any of these decisions by writing to us.

How you can use the platform

Do not try to access accounts or data that are not yours.
Do not extract the content in bulk or automatically (scraping) without our written permission.
Do not use Totukeli to send unsolicited advertising to other users.
Do not do anything that puts the running of the service or the security of the people using it at risk.

Price

Today, using Totukeli is free. If in the future there were a charge for some feature, it would be announced in advance, the price would be stated clearly and you would never be charged anything without having accepted it first.

Availability and liability

We do what is in our power to keep the service running, but we cannot guarantee that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may change it, suspend it temporarily for maintenance or shut it down, giving reasonable notice when the shutdown is permanent.

We do not check listings one by one, nor the identity of the people who publish them, so we are not answerable for the truthfulness of the content other users publish, nor for what happens in the dealings you have between yourselves. Be careful: visit the home, cross-check the information and be wary of anyone who asks you for money up front before signing anything.

None of the above limits liability that by law cannot be excluded, nor your rights as a consumer.

Totukeli's intellectual property

The name, the logo, the design and the code of Totukeli belong to us. You can use the service, but not copy or reuse those elements without our permission.

Your data

How we process your personal data is explained in the privacy policy, and which cookies we use in the cookie policy. Both form part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update them. If the change affects you, we will let you know by email or when you sign in to the platform, far enough in advance for you to decide whether to carry on. We keep the date and the version you accepted when you signed up. Current version: 2026-08-31.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If something has gone wrong, write to us first at totukeli.com@totukeli.com: almost everything gets resolved that way. If you are a consumer, you can go to the courts of your place of residence and to the consumer bodies of your autonomous community; you do not waive any of those rights by accepting these terms.
